Mike started his career as an apprentice Tile Layer in 1985 and became a journeyman in 1988. After serving as an arbitration and Executive Board member to the Union, Mike became a Business Agent in 2004 where he served as Trustee to the Health & Welfare, Annuity and District Council Training Center funds. On July 1, 2021, Mike was appointed to Executive Vice President of the Administrative District Council 1 and is the Director of the Tile, Marble & Terrazzo trades.
