Hector Arellano

After joining the union in 1990, Hector Arellano graduated from the Pointers, Cleaners, & Caulkers' apprenticeship program and went on to become a foreman and assistant superintendent while working at the trade for 24 years. During that time, Hector also served as a part- and full-time apprenticeship & training instructor for 18 years before becoming a Business Representative for the union in 2014.  In 2016 he was appointed Director of Pointing, Cleaning, Caulking.  Hector is also fluent in Spanish and would be happy to help anyone with Spanish language needs.
